The Sigil Discord bot

Sigil's bot gives your server tools that save its admins time, games to play in the channel, and your profile card in chat. Add it, run /setup, and everything is one slash away, or set it all up with a live preview in the server dashboard.

The second button puts Sigil's personal commands (/profile, /remind, /vibe and more) on your own Discord account, so they work in any server and in direct messages.

Tools for your server

Role menus: let members pick their own roles
/rolemenu builds a menu with buttons or a pick-list: limits, temporary roles, and a button that gives roles matching a member's Sigil card. It never hands out a role that carries powerful permissions.
Welcome messages: a first minute that's yours
/welcome opens a builder with a live preview: your words, colours, pictures and buttons, with each new member's name and number filled in. Start from a preset, or build your own.
Media only: pictures stay pictures
/mediaonly keeps a channel for pictures and videos. Allow a few replies per picture, a thread for each one, or none at all. Sigil never reads what people write: it only sees whether a message has a picture.
Auto threads: a thread under every post
/autothread gives every message in a channel its own thread, ideal for suggestions and showcases. Threads are named from the author and the date.
Schedule: post it later, or every week
/schedule posts a message when you say, once or on a repeat, in your own time zone: in 2h, friday 19:30. Weekly posts stay at the same clock time all year.
Counters: live numbers in your channel list
/counters shows members, bots, online, boosts and more as channel names that keep themselves up to date.
Sticky messages: always at the bottom
/stick keeps a message under the newest chat, so the rules never get buried. /unstick takes it away.
Colour roles: see it before you wear it
/colour shows your name in a colour on Discord's dark and light looks side by side, then gives you the role. Pick from palettes, your avatar or your card, or type a name.

Minigames

Spy: find the impostor
/spy is a word game for the channel: give one word each, then vote for who you think never got the word.
Bomb party: pass the bomb
/bomb passes a bomb round the channel: type a real word with the letters on it before it goes off, then pass it on.
Keep up!
/keepup flashes a string of digits for a few seconds, then you type it back. Every turn is one digit longer, and Sigil deletes your answer as soon as it is checked, so nobody can copy it.

Profiles and community

Your card, in the chat
/profile shows anyone's card right in the channel, with a button to open the full thing. Supporters can show it as a picture on their own background.
Find your people
/matchme compares two cards, or searches the server for your best matches if you opt in. /vibe is the fun version for any two people.
A party in one command
/lfg posts a group with a Join button, a start time and a role to ping. When the last place fills, everyone gets one ping.
Quote cards: turn a message into a picture
Right-click any message and choose Sigil: Quote card. It becomes a picture in the style of its author's card. Authors can switch it off.

CONQUEST: your server against others

The bot also runs CONQUEST, a season-long game where every server is a faction on one shared map. See how CONQUEST works.

What the bot reads

Sigil's tools are built to read as little as possible. Media only and auto threads never read what people write (media only only sees whether a message has a picture), and the word games read just the current player's answer while a game is running. The privacy page lists exactly what is kept, and the guide has every command.
