A looking-for-group bot with a Join button

/lfg posts a group in the channel. People press Join, and the post shows their playstyle, platform and region from their Sigil card. When the last place is taken, everyone gets one ping.

What it does

  • Say when you start: now, in 15 or 30 minutes, or in an hour.
  • Pick a role to mention (only roles the server lets everyone mention).
  • As a Sigil Supporter, pick the voice channel to meet in, which people can click to join.
  • /groups lists the groups in the server that are still looking for players.

Set it up

  1. Add Sigil to your server and run /setup.
  2. Type /lfg with the game and how many players you need.
  3. People press Join. When the group is full, everyone is pinged together with the start time and the voice channel.

Good to know

  • A post closes by itself after 2 hours, or when you press Close, and its card then shows that it ended.
  • Playstyle, platform and region come from each person's Sigil card, if they have one.
