A reminder bot that works anywhere on Discord

/remind add takes plain words (in 2h, tomorrow 6pm, friday 19:30) and reminds you by private message, with Snooze and Done buttons. Add Sigil to your own Discord account and it works in any server, even ones without the bot.

What it does

• Repeat a reminder every day or every week.
• Choose where it arrives: a private message (the default) or the channel you are in.
• Snooze it for 10 minutes, an hour, or until tomorrow, or press Done.
• /remind list shows your reminders and lets you cancel one.
• Right-click any message, choose Apps, then Sigil: Remind me, and it sends you a private message with a link back to that message.

Set it up

1. Add Sigil to your own account (or to a server).
2. Run /remind timezone once, so "tomorrow 6pm" means yours.
3. Run /remind add with when and what.

Good to know

• A reminder keeps only what you typed, and is removed once it has been sent and dealt with.
• For a reminder about a message, Sigil keeps only the link to it, never what it says.
• It works before a server has run /setup.
