The changes that matter, newest first.
Supporter is now Ember: a living gem that grows the longer you stay, your own number, profile layouts and frames only members have, a recap of your month and a new drop every season.
Give someone a month or a year with a code and a link.
The top is more compact, with a two-line Build your profile button, a strip of example profiles, the commands people use most, and a new panel under the carousel that shows how Sigil finds you people to play with.
The new Connect tab on your own profile recommends five people who play what you play (new ones every 30 minutes). You can search by game, platform, style, region, language, when they play, voice or text, and who is looking for a group right now, and say you are looking for a group yourself for up to a day. Press Ask to play to suggest a game: they answer on their Friends page, and a yes lets you message each other for a week. Message opens their Discord profile with a friendly hello already copied, if they turned it on. In a server, /find game:Hades lists the people there who play it.
Switch on Show a Playing now badge and signed-in visitors see the game you're in. Connect cards show how many friends vouch for someone, whether they were on Sigil today or this week, and the hours counted for them. A profile now shows its three most-played games by itself, from your game time, and games are no longer a choice for the Top 4.
Block, in the three dots on a Connect card and next to Report on a profile, means you and that person stop seeing each other in Connect and friend suggestions and can't send each other requests. Any friendship ends, and they aren't told. If you became friends through Connect and you both count game time, Sigil asks once, after about 20 minutes in the same game, whether you want to vouch for them.
In a Connect search, up to five matching Supporters show first, marked Featured.
Every fifth level you reach in a server (5, 10, 15 and so on) earns a free Standard pack in Asterism. The level card says so, and the pack waits for you at getsigil.me/sky.
New profiles get a short welcome, then a few quick screens: what you play, whether to count your game hours, then shows, movies, music, where you are and more. Skip any of them.
The Versus tab and the Friends page suggest up to six people who like the same things as you, with an Add friend button. You can hide yourself from other people's lists on Edit profile.
Switch on Count my game time and Sigil adds up the hours you play the games on your profile, from the game Discord shows you playing. It shows on your Top 4, your games, the Versus tab and Activity. It is off until you turn it on.
Games on profiles show their cover art, with a poster for every game under Games I play.
What someone has been up to: levels, Weave records, new pictures and notes on their wall. Signed-in visitors can react with a heart, a flame or a clap. You can switch it off on Edit profile.
Open someone's profile while signed in and press Versus to see how well you match: a big score, the games you both play, the servers you share and what you have in common. Copy the link to share it.
A big header with your name, your server and a poster of your number-one game, tabs under it, and rows that scroll sideways for your Top 4, prompts, servers, vouches and friends. Every profile sits on the same dark Ink background.
Pick up to five servers to show with your level and rank, a Top 4, three prompt answers and the words friends vouch for you with. Every profile has a Sigil ID number.
Give Sigil your server's own name, picture, banner and bio, so it wears your server's colours. It is set up on the new Bot look tab of the dashboard, with a live preview.
Everywhere Sigil used to say your Sigil card, it now says your Sigil profile: the bot's replies and buttons (Make my profile, See their profile, Match my Sigil profile on role menus), the website, the guide and the docs. Other kinds of card, like quote cards, entrance cards and level cards, keep their names.
A new tool for quiet channels: /pulsecheck add quiet:2h watches a channel and, when nobody has written there for as long as you choose, posts a message and can ping a role. It posts once per quiet stretch, only in the hours you set, and can be looked after from the new Pulse Check tab on the dashboard.
It is now written for the people who run the server: it starts with Set up Sigil, then lists what Sigil can do for welcoming people, roles, keeping channels tidy, scheduling and analytics. It has buttons for the dashboard, the documentation, the support server, a free vote and Server Supporter.
/remind and /schedule understand more ways of saying a time: in an hour, tonight, tomorrow morning, next monday 9am, oct 20 6pm. You can edit a reminder from /remind list. Scheduled posts can be edited (/schedule edit), paused and resumed, posted straight away (/schedule now), given a heading and a picture, and a server can set its own time zone (/schedule timezone).
Counters can have a goal (Members: 1,234 / 2,000) and count the members of a role; a channel can have up to three stickies, which can move only after so many messages; auto threads can be named from the post ({title}) and lock themselves after a while; media-only channels can let a role post anything and keep count of what they removed; /purge is noted in the dashboard's recent changes.
Give a role to people who bring in friends who stay, and choose a channel for a weekly "top inviters" thank-you. Set up on the Invites tab.
A result you can share without giving the word away, an optional weekly champion role for a server (/weave champion_role), and a past days page.
/vote and /uwulock/vote posts the link to vote for Sigil. /uwulock is a joke command (switched on per server in the dashboard) that makes someone talk in uwu-speak for a few minutes.
/help shows what you can usePeople who can't manage a server no longer see the server commands, a tool that still needs its one-time vote has a padlock, and managers get a button to the dashboard. /ping now shows how fast Sigil is answering.
/link and /nowplaying are goneYour profile has an Edit profile button when you look at your own with /profile, and Sigil no longer shows what you are listening to. The song on your profile card is unchanged.
The whole site is now one dark, neutral graphite look with orange for what matters, in place of the earlier blue-purple one. The light look and the light/dark button are gone, and there are new icons, round-avatar borders and a link-preview picture to match.
A centered hero, a row of stars that walks you through ten features as you scroll (including the Custom bump reminder: your own words, your own roles, your own channel), the games, Asterism, a plans summary, and new "Add to your server" buttons.
The top bar no longer scrolls sideways at tablet widths: below 992 pixels its links fold into the menu button.
Tick My server has DISBOARD Pro on the Bump reminder page and Sigil follows Pro's shorter wait (30 minutes while there have been fewer than 12 bumps in a day). Right after a bump Sigil can post a small message saying who will be reminded and when, in your own words if you like, and remove it after a while.
Pick a Twitch, YouTube or Kick channel and Sigil posts a card in the channel you choose when it goes live, with the title, game and picture, your own words and a role pinged. Set up on the dashboard's new Going live page.
Repeating reminders and up to 50 waiting at once (free accounts: one-time reminders, up to 10), level card styles (Glass, Neon, Crest and Minimal), and the Supporter gem on Weave boards, game lobbies and /lfg posts.
Free, Supporter and Server Supporter side by side with a Monthly / Yearly switch and a table of what each includes.
/bumpremind turns on a reminder that Sigil posts two hours after someone bumps your server with DISBOARD's /bump, with your own words and up to three roles pinged, set on the dashboard's new Bump reminder page.
Sigil now reads the role list as Discord has it before placing a colour role, so a new one lands directly under its own role instead of one place short, and /colourroles tells you which coloured roles sit above Sigil and still win the name colour.
A plan for one Discord server: CONQUEST, higher limits, and a Bulletin and counters in your own font and wording. Whoever buys it is a Supporter too while it runs.
A frame around each name (free), a font made of lookalike letters and your own wording for each line (Server Supporter), with a live preview in the dashboard. Custom colour palettes for /colour, and colour roles now sit as high in the role list as Sigil can put them.
Weave, /spy, /bomb, /keepup, /lfg, /icebreaker, /truthordare, /profile, /link and /vibe no longer wait for /setup. The hello Sigil posts has buttons: Play Weave here, Set up Sigil and Welcome new members here. /setup preset:Creator community gives a streamer's server a start.
A streak freeze, playing days you missed, a fuller stats view, and private leagues for you and your friends.
Free creators get 3 schedule rows, 1 featured thing, 4 links and 30 days of stats; Supporters get the full set, where visitors came from, a Remind me button for fans and the size of their Discord community.
, and the Friends page got a tidy-up.
/vibe posts a ring that fills to how well two profiles match, with what they share. Name one person to compare with yourself, or two to compare any two people. The old matching command and its opt-in switch are gone: nothing needs switching on any more. Profiles also show an In common with you card to signed-in visitors.
Overview, Gallery, Friends, Games and Wall tabs, a Now playing card that keeps the song's title, artist and cover, and a Supporter banner. The old drag-and-drop card editor is gone; everything is on Edit profile.
A big button, a schedule shown in every fan's time zone, featured work, links with daily counts, and a join-my-Discord card.
Blackberry colours, new icons and a link-preview picture.
got a message in your channel that updates as people play, a final scoreboard at midnight, a weekly ranking, last-played pings and direct-message play.
for servers that want a live feel.
moved to its own site with search, and it is now open: the top bar and the footer point at it, and the old Guide page links to it.
Nothing here yet.
