Colour roles: see it before you wear it
/colour opens a private colour picker with ready-made palettes, a colour taken from your avatar or Sigil card, or a random one. Type a name like coral, or a code like #F97316, to see your name in that colour on Discord's dark and light looks side by side, with how easy it is to read.

What it does
- Wearing a colour gives you a colour role the bot makes for you, with no permissions at all, and takes your old colour off.
- Roles that nobody wears any more are deleted after an hour.
/coloursshows the server's colour wall in the channel, with how many people wear each colour.- People who manage roles use
/colourrolesto choose which palettes members can use, add colours of their own, allow typed colours, limit how many colour roles exist, limit/colourto members who have a role, and post a colour wall with a Choose your colour button.
Set it up
- Add Sigil to your server, give it the Manage Roles permission, and run
/setup. - Members type
/colourand pick or type a colour, then press the button to wear it. - Admins open
/colourrolesto set the rules for the server.
Good to know
- Colour roles never carry permissions, and the number of them can be limited.
- The preview shows contrast on both of Discord's looks, so people can tell whether a colour is readable before they commit.
