Your Ember

What Ember members get to play with: the living gem and your number, the studio, the monthly recap, the seasons' drops and gifting.

Ember is Sigil's paid plan for you (for a whole server it is Ember for servers). Everything else on this page is for Ember members, and it all lives in one place: your Ember Home. What each plan costs and includes is on the Plans page.

Your number and your gem

When you become a member you get an Ember number: the next free one, in the order people joined. It is yours for good, even if the plan ends and comes back later. The first 500 numbers are Founding members, and say so.

Next to your name, on your profile and cards, Weave boards, game lobbies and /lfg posts, sits a gem that grows with the days you have been a member:

Stage From
Spark the day you join
Flame 90 days
Blaze 1 year
Inferno 2 years

The gem counts the days you are a member. If a plan ends and you come back, you keep what you had earned, and the days in between are not counted.

The studio

On your Ember Home you choose the looks only members have, and a live preview shows your profile as you choose:

  • Frame around your picture: None, Ember, Aurora or Circuit.
  • Layout of your whole profile: Standard, Showcase (the games first, a taller banner), Poster (centred, like a film poster) or Console (a terminal).
  • Level card style for the picture the bot posts when you level up. Your colour and the Ember version of every style are chosen on Edit profile.

The banner, gallery, entrance card, signature emoji, fonts and background have their own editors, which the studio links to.

The monthly recap

On the 1st of each month, if you played enough (about two hours of games, or five days of Weave), Sigil makes a picture of the month that has just ended: your hours in games, the games you played most, your Weave days and your levels. Members get it as a private message from Sigil (you can switch that off on your recap page) and it always stays on the recap page, where you can download it and post it wherever you like. Hours in games only count if you switched on Count my game time.

Somebody without Ember sees the same picture blurred, with a line about what it holds.

Seasons and drops

Every season has a drop of new things only members can claim while the season is open: a frame, a level card, a glow for your gem, a banner and a badge. Press Claim the drop on your Ember Home once and they are yours for good, even after the season ends. You then choose which of them to wear in the studio. Season 1, Embers, brings the Cinder look.

Claimed things are only shown while you are a member, and wait for you if the plan ends.

Giving Ember

You can give Ember to somebody for a month or a year. You pay once (nothing renews) and get a code and a link to send them. Whoever opens the link and presses Redeem has Ember added to what they have. A code works once, and the person who redeems it sees only that somebody gave it to them.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your Ember Home or the Ember page; there is no pause. You stay a member until the end of the period you have paid for. Your number, and everything you made, are kept.
